Delivery charges

orders of ₹999 and above ship free anywhere in India — beneath the threshold the charge is a flat ₹49 per order.

Cash on Delivery is available at no extra charge.

Dispatch and delivery times

we need 1–2 business days to check and pack ; delivery itself takes 3–9 business days across most of India.

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day join that day’s dispatch run.

None of this is a guaranteed date . Public holidays and weather move them, and we keep you posted when they do.

Coverage

Our couriers cover India only . We neither ship abroad nor deliver to freight-forwarding addresses.

There are pin codes our courier partners will not take . You will hear from us and get your money back, not silence.

Tracking your parcel

Damage and failed deliveries

Record the parcel as you open it. A damaged, wrong or missing item reported with that video inside 48 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded by us, return courier included.

Where an address is wrong or the courier cannot find anyone home, the parcel comes back here . Confirm a corrected address and we will send it out again; the flat delivery charge is payable on the repeat.
