Which ways can I pay?

UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. Cards and wallets are not available here.

How much is delivery?

Nothing once you reach ₹999. Under that it is a flat ₹49 per order.

How long do refunds take?

Once we have it back and have checked it, 7 business days. Cancellations before dispatch take 5 to 7 working days.

Are these branded products?

We sell under our own name, Pelaro Circle. We are not an authorised dealer or agent for any manufacturer, and we do not describe our stock as branded merchandise.

Is there a showroom?

No — Pelaro Circle is an online retailer. The address on the contact page is a registered business address, not a walk-in shop.

Do you charge GST? Can I get a GST invoice?

No GST is charged — we are not GST registered — and the paperwork is a plain sale invoice.

Why does the colour look slightly different to the photograph?

Screens render colour differently, and hand-finished pieces vary between production runs. The design is the same; the exact shade may not be.

What if an item is faulty?

Tell us inside 48 hours and attach the unboxing footage. We cover the replacement or refund and the return leg.

What is your return policy?

Within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and complete with packaging and invoice.

What are the delivery timings?

We pack in 1–2 business days, then the courier takes 3–9. Orders after 3:00 PM IST go out the next working day.

Can I swap an item?

We do not offer a direct exchange. Return for a refund and order the one you want.
