This notice sets out what Pelaro Circle collects when you shop here, how long it stays, and what you can require of us.

What we collect

• Your order history, kept so we can help with earlier purchases
• Name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so an order can reach you
• Ordinary server logs — IP, device and the pages requested

We hold no card or banking credentials . UPI runs in your bank’s app and cash is handed to the courier; neither route sends us anything of that kind.

Why we use it

Packing, delivery, replies, returns, refunds — and the statutory records behind them — we build no advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Sharing

Your details reach the courier and our hosting and email suppliers, and stop there — they act on our instructions and cannot use your details for their own ends. Disclosure to authorities happens only under legal obligation.

Where an item needs a delivery appointment, the courier receives the contact number from your order for that purpose only.

How long we keep it

Orders and invoices remain on file for the statutory retention period and no longer . Enquiries that led nowhere are deleted after closure; we keep nothing ‘just in case’.

Cookies on this site

There are cookies for the basket and your session, and a light analytics cookie for page counts — you can block them in your browser, though the basket and checkout will not work if you do.

Your rights over this data

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it Route it through the Grievance Officer below and expect a reply within a reasonable period.

Writing “Grievance” in the subject gets it to the right place faster. It is a role, filled from our own team, and every complaint is acknowledged and answered.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS and access to order records is limited to the people who fulfil orders . We would notify you and the regulator if a breach ever reached your data.
