The terms below apply to this site and to every order placed on it — placing an order means you accept them.
The business behind this site
Pelaro Circle is an online retailer in Indore, Madhya Pradesh selling home decor & accents to customers across India.
Stock comes from suppliers and is sold under the Pelaro Circle name. We neither manufacture nor act as an authorised dealer for any brand.
How an order is formed
An order becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay — until then we may decline it, for instance where stock has run out, a price was listed in error, or the delivery details cannot be verified.
Where an order is declined after payment, we refund in full.
Descriptions and photographs
We describe items from what suppliers tell us and from the product in front of us . The photographs are ours, of the actual item, but colour rendering differs by display. A materially inaccurate listing is grounds for a return under our return policy.
About the goods we sell
Decor items are hand-finished in part, so colour and texture vary a little between pieces. Textiles may relax or crease in transit, which settles once they are unpacked.
Pricing
Every price is in Indian Rupees; delivery appears as its own line at checkout — we may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Clear mispricing is raised with you rather than silently fulfilled.
How you may use the site
- Do not copy our photography, product text or page copy for commercial use
- No unlawful use, and nothing that degrades the site for other visitors
- Guard your account credentials, since anything ordered through the account counts as yours
Liability
Our responsibility is to supply what you ordered as described, together with the remedies in our shipping, return and cancellation policies . To the extent the law allows, indirect and consequential loss is excluded; rights that cannot lawfully be limited are untouched.
Save where the law says otherwise, we supply goods without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond any the manufacturer gives.
Which law applies
The applicable law is Indian: the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 all apply Jurisdiction sits with the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
